1.1 To enter this competition, an individual must post a photo on their personal or business profile (Facebook and/or Instagram) and tag @tackleworldrainbow.

You can enter as many times as you like.

1.2 All information contained in the online entry forms part of these rules, save where that information contradicts these rules, in which case these rules shall prevail. It is a condition of entry that these rules are accepted as final and that each participant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be deemed to mean acceptance of these rules.

1.3 Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid.

This competition is open to all Australian residents, except those who at any time between the Start Date and the End date (inclusive), are employees of Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach ('the Promoter') or any of its subsidiaries, their families or those otherwise associated with organising this prize draw.

3.1 Participants are limited to submitting one entry online. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that have been deleted. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the
Promoter.

4.1 All entries will be shortlisted by Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach. These entries will then be shown on Facebook for the
Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow community to vote on which photo is the Catch of the Month.

4.2 Winning entries will be selected within 1 week after the Closing date. All valid and correct entries made between the Start Date and the End Date will be lodged as entries. One entry will be picked by the Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow community to win a prize.

4.2 Any entry of someone who looks to be over 18 (unless their age can be verified via their Facebook profile) will be considered as an adult entry, any entry of someone who looks under 18 will be considered a junior entry.

4.3 The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition will be final.

5.1 The prize for Catch of the Month is a $100 gift voucher for Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach, unless the winner is also a member of
‘Drew’s Crew’ in which the prize will be a $200 gift voucher. This can be used
in-store or online at Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach. There is no cash
alternative available.

5.2 The Promoter will notify the prize winners via Facebook or Instagram messenger within 7 days of the competition closing. The prize winners will then have 7 days in which to respond to the Promoter's message confirming they have accepted the prize. The winner will need to provide their email address in order for Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach to email the gift voucher to
them.

5.3 In the event that:

(a) a prize winner fails to inform the Promoter of their acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the Promoter's message; or

(b) the Promoter is unable to get in contact with the winner; the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the prize winner and select an alternative prize winner in accordance with Rule 4 above, save at a later date.

5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any goods or services supplied under these prize draw rules.

5.5 Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition, its rules or prizes and the participant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. In the event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Any personal data received during the competition will be processed in accordance with The Privacy Act 1988. By entering the competition, the participant agrees that any personal data provided with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents or suppliers to administer the competition.

The Promoter is Gardiner’s Tackle World Rainbow Beach.
