Made in Finnish Lapland, the 6 inch Fillet Knife is crafted from stainless chromium steel with a Martef coating, which repels stains, moisture and reduces friction to a nearly non-existent level. The coating allows the blade to slice very fluidly through the fish flesh for easy, clean cut fillets. The textured rubber handle and finger guard ensure a firm grip of the knife, whilst the included plastic sheath is durable, hygienic and highly practical with knives used under wet and dirty conditions.
